The website caters to employers and job seekers with disabilities.

  1. Employers: will use the platform to create their company profiles, post multiple job vacancies, be capable of scanning, shortlisting, selecting candidate profiles that fit their job posts, approve contracts, and communicate with Helm via a messaging system.
  2. Job seekers with disabilities: will be able to add and edit their profiles and CVs on the system, so they would be added to Helm’s database and be eligible for all job vacancies posted on Helm Recruitment platform.

This policy governs the protection of personal data and the use of cookies (Mentioned hereinafter as, “the Helm Recruitment Platform privacy policy”) and informs users who access, and/or use our services (Mentioned hereinafter as, “the User”, “You”, “Your”, “Yours”) on the collection and use of Your personal data when You use the site www.recruitment.helmegypt.org, (Mentioned hereinafter as, “the site”), (ii) the interactive content  that we offer accessible on the site (such as the Helm Recruitment Platform© website). and (iii) all Maps incorporated on a Partner’s and/or Business User’s online and/or mobile sites, regardless of the device used to access or utilize them, including your computer, mobile devices, tablets, and others. It also applies to all the services We provide (including our website, and hosting services, collectively Mentioned hereinafter as “Our services”), the basic terms and conditions which make reference to the Helm Recruitment Platform privacy policy.

For employers:

      1. Full Name

      3. Mobile phone number
      4. Job position
      5. Company name, size and industry
      6. Country and city
      7. Company phone number
      8. Tax ID and commercial registration

You have no obligation to provide the Personal Information described above, but if you don’t provide such Personal Information, you may not be able to use some of the features on the Site.

Please note that you have the right to opt out of receiving electronic direct marketing

communications, such as newsletters, from us. Employers: The information of the job seekers will be shared with the companies who post job vacancies. Only information of candidates that fit the requirements of the company’s job vacancy will be shared with them.

 

Service providers: We use service providers such as website hosting and management companies, marketing companies, and data storage and data analysis companies. Such service providers can only use Personal Information to provide such services to us and for no other purpose.

 

Parties to a corporate transaction or proceeding: In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution or similar event, Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.

 

Public authorities and legal proceedings: to ensure compliance with a statutory or regulatory obligation, a court decision, or, where this disclosure is necessary, to defend or exercise a right in a court of law either in Egypt or abroad.

For companies: only their name, industry, size, phone number, location, website and social media platforms will be visible to others.

For job seekers with disabilities: The information of the job seekers will be visible only to the companies who post job vacancies that fit the profile of the job seeker.

There will be paid services according to external contracts and/or agreements concluded between the User (Employers) and the company. The payment process will not be done on the website itself, it will be made through bank transfers.

Helm may send You offers related to the products, services, or businesses offered by Helm or by its partners.

9.2. Service operation

We may ask You periodically to provide us with information on your experiences (e.g., to rate the Service/new features) which we will use to evaluate and improve the quality of Our services. You are not obligated to provide such data under any circumstance.
